The “Srebrnjak” project

The “Srebrnjak” project is a closed private residential community which consists of 4 buildings located at the address Srebrnjak 101 in Zagreb. The location of the project is very attractive – it is a peaceful and green environment situated only 2.5 km from the city centre. Due to the highest position on the hill, the buildings have a view of the city centre, as well as a view of the protected forest in close proximity to the community. A school, kindergartens and hospitals are located in the immediate proximity of the community. Due to its position, amenities and traffic connectivity, the project has all of the qualities of a city centre community, while its closed character, privacy level and a view of the green areas represent the qualities of a peaceful family community away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

The “Srebrnjak” project started with the purchase of the land with an existing facility and, after the completion of the project conceptualisation phase, building permits for 4 residential facilities were obtained with a total of 15 apartments with gross surface areas ranging from 63 m² to 275 m². In addition to its unique views, the project’s particular feature is ensuring maximum privacy. Therefore, the apartments with the largest surfaces have their own separate entries connected by heated corridors with their own garage and storage rooms, the ground-floor apartments have exits to their own gardens, and the apartments on the upper floors have big terraces with open views. The apartments are modernly equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology in terms of installations and installation management, while their energy efficiency meets the highest quality standards.
