The “Aparto” project

The subject matter of the investment is a holiday apartment complex in Okrug Gornji, located in the western part of the Island of Čiovo. It is a highly attractive location in immediate proximity of the town of Trogir, airport, several nautical tourism ports and two national parks. The real estate in question is located near the seafront (second row of homes closest to the beach) at approximately 80 m away from a well-tended and landscaped beach. Due to the slope of the terrain, the complex offers an almost unobstructed view of the sea. The real estate has 8 individual holiday apartment units, different in size, and every unit has its own terrace with a surface area surpassing 10 m². The total number of beds is 30, and there is a possibility of adding additional 16 beds. There is also a sun-bathing terrace with an outdoor pool right next to the complex. The real estate has been put into service in July 2016, and it has been categorised as a 4-star holiday apartment complex. All of the apartments have a view of the sea.
