The project involves the development of a modern warehouse and office facility intended for the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products and dietary supplements. The building is strategically located adjacent to the Lučko – jug interchange, one of the key traffic hubs, enabling highly efficient logistics and fast distribution at both regional and national levels.
The warehouse section covers an area of 834 m² and has been designed to meet the high standards required for storing sensitive goods. The space is fully climate-controlled and equipped with advanced systems for monitoring and maintaining microclimatic conditions, ensuring the safety and stability of stored products. The warehouse has a capacity of more than 1,000 pallet positions, with an optimized layout that supports efficient inventory management and logistics operations.
The office spaces are organized across multiple floors, covering more than 670 m² in total. They are designed with a strong focus on functionality, flexibility, and a comfortable working environment tailored to the needs of modern business operations. Particular attention has been given to workspace quality, natural lighting, and ergonomics.
Our involvement spanned all phases of the project development — from the initial site selection and feasibility analysis, through coordination and monitoring of the design process, to obtaining the building permit. We also played an active role in planning and supervising construction works, including the complete interior fit-out, ensuring a fully integrated and high-quality project delivered in line with the highest professional standards.
